What did you drink those first days at home?

I am worried about getting protien in these first few days at home.  And that one scoop of unjury seems like it makes way to much to drink in one sitting.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I drank plain water. I couldn't seem to get enough of it. I didn't have to push the protein at first.

Hi Nicole, The shake recipe that I used was 3 oz of skim milk and one scoop of Unjury.  It made a 4 oz shake for my meal.  I had to stir the heck out of it to get it to dissolve...but it does.   I tried using the Magic Bullet on it...but it got to foamy for me.  Take care!

I'm trying out a few products before surgery and really like the Kellogs K2O.  Fiber, Protein, and it counts as water intake, so you can sip on it all day.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.  I think I am going to use that Isopure protein water. It is a 20oz bottle with 40 grams of protien.  The chocolate unjury isnt to bad with skim milk,  and Chris  you are right about blending it it makes very foamy.  it take me like an hour to get my  4 ounce meals in but I guess that is normal.
