Keeping track - 2/9/08

FOOD:
B - 2 boiled eggs (yeah, Thornton's!)
S - 20 oz Coffee with lite cream (??any idea if that's a good thing??)
L - Grilled Chicken & Gorgonzola Ceasar salad w/ vinegarette dressing (mostly picked the chicken out of it and had a bit of the lettuce) .....oh yeah, I HATE that cheese too (never had it before) Also had three mozarella sticks
S - Everlasting Gobstoppers (60 cal) and about 4 Tostitos chips
D - Going to chilli's (planning on Shrimp, broc, rice)
EXERCISE:
Lazy day.....I spent 3 hours in the eyeglass place this morning (spent $400
) so I was ready to come home and chill out.

Oh what heck I will join in B- 2 scrambled eggs and 2 turkey bacon
L and D combined- 1 small piece of meatloaf, salad (i picked thru it dont like the really green stuff) and 1/3 cup mashed potatoes snack: 11 cold boiled shrimp 80 calories and a lot of protein 100 oz of water and cyrstal light today I am going to float away
Ok, im so late,, WHAT DID I NOT EAT?? OMG!! I may need a fill!!

l- 1 cup chili with three small peanut butter crackers
s- 4 mini rice cakes, caramel
d- a wendy's cheeseburger with no bun and some fries,,
I literally ate more today than I have ate in months. It's either Pre- PMS or i need a fill
