Hello everyone!   I'm going to get this thing started real quick then I'm out the door to the gym!  I have to meet my mom at the Mall here in a couple of hours to pick up my daughter and my window of opportunity is narrowing if I'm going to go and break a sweat! Happy weekend!! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * FOOD B - protein bar.  I found a new one at Sam's club called TWISTED and it's yummy!          (190 cal / 15 protein / 6 fat / 0 fiber) S - slice of colby jack (8 grams protein) L - Chef Salad (mostly ate the ham turkey and cheese off the top) w/ lite        ceasar dressing.  S - Starbuck Venti Skinny Caramel Latte (160 cal / 5 fat / 15 protein) D - Moe's Southwest Grill naked burrito (steak).  These things are HUGE! I think I may have       eaten 1/4 to about 1/3 of it.  (GRRR...their site doesn't list nutrition yet). EXERCISE - 30 minutes cardio - 30 minutes weights

Here's what I've had today. B: 2 cups of hot cocoa. L: 1/2 an Arby's chicken salad wrap. D: bowl of chili and most of a grilled cheese sandwich. I did 75 minutes of treadmill and weights this morning. Kathy

 Sigh! Why am I always a day late??? Yesterday was super busy, I got a new hair do and went to a old friends house so busy busy.     s- prochino b- activia yogurt l-3 chicken rings and shhhh dont fuss some doritos!! s- small piece of birthday cake d- 3 peanut butter crackers      and a piece of sausage  I didnt get alot of fluid in yesterday so today im getting that in no matter what!!  so now i guess I'll go start sundays for becka
