Keeping track - 2/16/08
Hello everyone! I'm going to get this thing started real quick then I'm out the door to the gym! I have to meet my mom at the Mall here in a couple of hours to pick up my daughter and my window of opportunity is narrowing if I'm going to go and break a sweat! I found a new one at Sam's club called TWISTED and it's yummy! (190 cal / 15 protein / 6 fat / 0 fiber) S - slice of colby jack (8 grams protein) L - Chef Salad (mostly ate the ham turkey and cheese off the top) w/ lite ceasar dressing. S - Starbuck Venti Skinny Caramel Latte (160 cal / 5 fat / 15 protein) D - Moe's Southwest Grill naked burrito (steak). These things are HUGE! I think I may have eaten 1/4 to about 1/3 of it. (GRRR...their site doesn't list nutrition yet). EXERCISE - 30 minutes cardio - 30 minutes weights
