Well, today certainly is a rainy crappy day. Perfect day for staying inside! I think I'm going to curl up in my chair and start a new trashy novel! Our little princess sassypants ended up staying the whole weekend at Granny Annie's so we've been having a really lazy weekend here. We rented DVD's and have basically been eating carry out food this weekend. I did end up cooking breakfast this morning though and tonight i'm making chicken tortilla soup for us with taquitos added on for the hubby. Hopefully, we will be hearing from the Bariatric Group this week or next for hubby's lap band and we can start eating the same things all the time. I tend to fatten hubby's meals up more than mine but sometimes it just makes me jealous when he's eating junk and sucking down Mt. Dews. I will admit that when he and Gracie break out the ice cream I will have one bite of the good stuff. It's amazing how just one bite is all I want though! Coffee will sometimes keep me from nibbling so much. also, if I know i'm going to nibble I lean towards my old weigh****chers practices where I know I won't be getting an abundance of calories. Raw veggies go down fine for me and I don't feel so guilty grazing on those throughout the day. That 94% FF popcorn was always a good thing for me too. I'd spice it up sometimes with different kinds of flavoring from the spice rack. B - 1/2 cup egg breaters omlelet with a slice of colby jack and a spoon of salsa on top. 1 turkey sausage patty and two bites of diced hash browns (they tend to get stuck) S - S/F Irish Cream Latte
L - Protein bar S - a few cuts of raw veggies with dill ranch dip
D - Pizza (well done thin crust goes down easy)
