Keeping track - 2/18/08
Hello to everyone!
Well, it's turned cold again unfortunately. Now that we've had on one good snowfall i'm SO done with winter! I can't wait for spring when I can break out my capris and short sleeves (these weigh less on the scale too don't ya know!). I have a busy day planned today with half a dozen errands and also retrieving my girlie from grandma's house. Gonna start out with a trip to the YMCA though for my usual workout.

FOOD
S - S/F caramel latte (8 protein)
B - 2 turkey sausage patties (13 protein)
L - South Beach protein bar & a few raw veggie slices
D - Chicken Tortilla soup & a small taquito
EXERCISE
My YMCA thing this morning. Also need to check into getting an exercise bike for the house.
ahhhhhhhhhhhh im tired of cold weather!!! geez! Ok I worked today and we didnt walk because it was freezing cold out!
s- prochino
b-3 peanut butter crackers
s- few pretzels
l- chili with three crackers
d- half of a cheeseburger with a-1 sauce
s- no sugar, fat free ice cream sandwich from walmart, i peeled most of the sandwich sides off too
Im finding that the fat free and no sugar added stuff is good. Im very impressed with the walmart brand it taste decent!!
excercise- nothing other than normal movement at work
