Today has been a little rough for me.  I overdid it at the Y last night by upping all my weights on the machines by 5 pounds and I'm feeling it today!  On top of that I moved some furniture this morning by myself.  I aggrevated my back and sciatic nerve (Richard calls it my psychotic nerve).  I'm going to break out the stronger pills this evening and maybe fill up the jacuzzi tub (always wanted one now I never use it since I hate to scrub it). OH YEAH.....there is some good news!  The scale has moved!  I've kissed the 220's goodbye assuming I keep away from the junk! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

FOOD S - English Toffee latte (1% milk & splenda but it was regular syrup) B - 1/2 cup egg beater omelet w/ a slice of colby-jack and salsa L - 6 grilled shrimp and some Baked Lays  S - Baked Lays (gotta get rid of these!)  D - Chicken Tortilla Soup (repeat from last night)

EXERCISE   Gotta lay low for a couple of days and let the back recuperate.

ouch on the back. I like richards nickname for it too.  Hehe!! Im a day alte as usual, I worked my butt off this afternoon with pilates tapes and I JOGGED on the treadmill. I didn't jog for long but I didnt have a heart attatck either. lol s- prochino b- none l- 1/2 of a tyson chicken breast baked,  a spoonful of baked beans d- cashews  s- 1 sugar free, fat free vanilla ice cream sand, never buying these again!!!  I haven't weighed, its not the week to do that so im just hanging out.  I see Dr. Shina on the fourth of march,, I could use a tweak but we will see, im not gonna push for it. Take it as it comes., Im still loosing just not as fast as I was..  EXERCISE- 35 minutes of pilates video's, I really like these!!                      20 minutes on treadmill, with jogging intertwined,, Im gonna start running!! Who would have thought it!!





  First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
