any suggestions for incision pain

I will be 2 weeks out Tuesday, and I have one incision, that is about to take me out, it feels like i am trying to be ripped apart, or like someone is sewing me up when i move with no anesthetic, lol.  if it wasn't for that, i would be almost recovered. i do get tired easy, but this incision has hurt from day one and I told them that and the nurses acted like it was no biggie. Well I have put neosporin on it now in case it is getting infected, it don't look bad, it just hurts like nothing else. any suggestions, My 2 week post-op check up isnt until mar 10th, dr. on vacation i guess, and then i cant even see my family dr. until next Friday, i would love to get out of the house, but can't hardly move for the pain.     I need a binder don't have one yet, can't find one in my area, and I can't drive yet. I do have a girdle like thing on and it helps a tad. help me people,!!!! lol.                                                      Lisa

USE A HEATING PAD MIGHT HELP ?& dnt try & pull or lift on anything that is when mine started to hurt I mopped the floor & that was so wrong I paid for that bad move just take it easy for a while
