Woohoo!!! I am under 200 pounds this morning!! Wow!! I have lost 62 pounds since surgery date and 70.5 since my first visit to Dr. Shina!!in 6 months and a week I lost 62 pounds with my band..
Yesterday I tried on clothes at fashion bug and got into a size 16 in capris.. I was amazed!! I havent worn a 16 in I know 14 years!! I still look really round in clothes to me but man it feels good to be getting smaller. Looking in the mirror still freaks me out, I think I will alaways hate the way I look, But today I'm going into town and check out the new gym on a free week pass. Im pretty excited about that!!! I will then decide if I will do that or curves.. Im gonna start really working on toning up and shaping things..I made it to my first mini goal in 6 months. AMAZING!! Thanks Dr.Shina for my new lease on life!!!

You have worked hard for this and don't let any negative thoughts minimize it!! Go get a pair of of old pants you wore before surgery and put them on if you need reinforcement of how far you've come. You're mental body image will catch up soon. They way you are going you'll be a size 14 by June!
So, how are you going to celebrate? Make sure it's something good whatever you do. I'm thinking of doing a full day spa treatment when I hit Onderland. Hopefully that will be before I turn 42 in June so save a little space for me on the bench! ~BECKA~ Start - 254 / Current - 172.6 / Goal - 160
