4/1/08 - Daily Diet & Exercise Journal - Happy April Fool's Day!!
March didn't exactly go out like a lamb now did it?? and if April showers bring a May flowers how come they've already sprouted? Tomorrow will be my five month mark! I have a new pic in my photos. I can finally see a difference! Hopefully, I'll lose another 6 pounds this month (yeah, I know it's a little bit of a tall order for a band) to make it an even 50 pounds lost by my 6 month anniversary!

B: 1 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup crushed pineapple S: StarBECK'S skinny cinnamon dulce latte L: 6oz shrimp with 2 Tbsp ****tail sauce D: It wasn't pretty!! I had steak nachos!! I don't feel guilty but I can't do that again for a LONG time! FLUIDS 8oz milk 8oz coffee 24oz crystal light 24oz water EXERCISE Tuesday is an OFF day for me and I really needed it! Kinda achy in the muscles today after yesterday
