S: StarBECK's Skinny Cini dulce latte (8oz coffee, 8oz milk,
3 splenda and a shot of S/F syrup)
B: 1/2 cup egg beater omelet with a slice of colby Jack and a dollop of SC & salsa S: 1/2 cup green grapes
L: Small Wendy's chili w/ 6 saltines
D: 3oz Teriyaki chicken w/ steamed brocolli and 1/4 cup mashed taters
FLUIDS
8oz milk
8oz coffee (yeah, I know it doesn't really count)
30oz water EXERCISE I made it to the Y late tonight. Richard and Gracie went swimming while I "extercised" as Gracie calls it. I did 50 minutes upper body strength training and then did 32 minutes cardio (they were ready to go before I was!)
Today I execised for 31 straight minutes on the treadmill at 3.5. I thought I had been doing pretty good so I went over a friends house and weighed on her scales since she has weigh***s scales Baddddddd decision. I had high hopes. I will now wait until I go to the doctor and hopefully by then the loss with have increased. Started eating late today. Breakfast was liquid, 2 cups of hot tea, 5.5 oz V-8 and Banana Creme Whey Protein drink. Lunch consisted of 1/2 garden salad with McChicken (no bun), mango/coconut soy joy protein bar and snack size sugar free applesauce Snacked on almonds and pumpkin seeds (raw, unsalted) Dinner was the remaining half of the garden salad with 2 oz imitation crab meat and 2 oz of Honey Roasted Turkey Luncheon Meat. I did not drink any additonal liquids.
