Norton's downtown meeting tomorrow (5/13)!

I've decided that I'm going tomorrow!  What about the rest of you?  Even though I sat through the sleep apnea lecture just a couple of months ago I'd simply miss all your smiling faces if I blew it off!  Not sure what Mr. Entertainment's schedule is but unless he's got an out-of-town job tomorrow he should be there as well!

I am so laughing right now...lol  I just posted, asking when and where and then I see this afterwards..  Can you tell me what time, where at exactly?  I live in Jeffersonville so downtown also works for me.  Also, is sleep apnea the topic?  Is there a schedule someplace?  Thanks for all the info.

Hey there Shaynabug! We must be on the same wave length today, huh?

The Downtown meetings are normally on the 2nd Tuesday of the month @ 6pm in the basement of the pavillion. The Suburban meetings are normally on the 4th Thursday of the month @ 6pm.  I think the area of the hospital is call the Woman's Pavillion. There is usually a topic for each month and sometimes they repeat one from one location to the other (the sleep apnea topic will be a repeat).  They might have a printed schedule somewhere but I've not seen one.  We usually just ask what the topic will be for the following month as we are leaving.  The topic for the Suburban meeting this month is a MD forum w/ Drs. Shina and Gellar being there to answer questions. Be sure and say hi if you end up going tomorrow!  Maybe I'll also have a little better of an idea of how to go with the get together after tomorrow!

is that the pavillion where we went to the bariatric seminar? at Nortons?  Just do not want to get lost...lol Also, about how long do the meetings last?

Assuming the seminars are held at the same place everytime then, yes!  I had my seminar over a year ago now and it was in the basement auditorium.  Meetings are an hour long but some of us hang out and don't get away that quickly!

I want to come.... Katelyn is suppose to have a make up game. but I need SUPPORT!!! Darn it.so im still on the fence.... grrrrrr.. dawn

I want to go, but I am not sure as I will be driving up at noon for my consult with Dr. Shina...(yea!) not too certain I want to go back up later that day.  I really would love to go to the 4th Thurs, but I think that is the 22nd and hubby's bday so I doubt he will want to go there for the bday. I have yet to get too far in the entire process but would love to go to some of the meetings. For those of you going...enjoy!

 Wish I could be at support meeting Tuesday night (we all need support).  Tuesday night is our Spring Concert at school.  Thank goodness school year is almost over!!!  Catch y'all next time.
