Accountability : Diet and Exercise for May 18, 2008
We were supposed to go to Kentucky Kingdom today for a birthday but there's too much drama in hubby's family for everyone to get their act together so I'm taking Gracie to Incredible Daves later to make up for it. I REALLY didn't want to go to KK anyway. I think I'm going to try and bypass that place as much as possible anymore. I told Gracie I'd take her to Holiday World and King's Island one time each this year to make up for it. She also will be wrapped up in swim team almost every day from late May to late July anyway so I doubt she'll miss it.
My 5 year old is an Oldham County Pirhana this year!! LOL....for 5 year olds the only real goal is to make it from one end of the pool to the other but she's a mermaid so she may just surprise us all and be the next Mary T!
OK, let me get this started then I'm off to the gym!
FOOD
breakfast: 1/2 cup egg beater omelet with a slice of colby jack, a sprinkleof bacon bits,
a spoon of sour cream and salsa
snack: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (12oz milk and 6oz coffee)
lunch: ??

FLUIDS

EXERCISE
I went to the Y but just wasn't "feeling it." Maybe two days back to back on the strength machines is too much? Anyway, I did about 20 minutes on the machines and then did 30 minutes on the treadmill. Good enough since today was an "extra" It is a wonderful day in this part of Kentucky too. I planted hedges along my backyard today along with an unknown bush that was given to me. That might just be my exercise for today. I had penciled in 50 situps (with the aid of the ab lounger) with God all things are possible so I made yet do them. Becka, I just realized why you need to lose that pound. You will be in wonderland. I am pulling for your success. Great job.
Gracie will probably like Kings Island and Holiday World better that KK. It was a million years ago but my kids loved Kings Island the best and still do.
I made an appointment to go in for a fill tomorrow. I have high hopes.

Food Intake: B - 100% organic Yerba Mate Tea, 2 cups. L - 1/2 Mexican Nacho Salad w/chicken, beef, guacamole, mozzarella cheese, lettuce 1/2 slice of tomato, salsa and chips. D - Protein bar.
Liquids - (3) 20 oz bottles of water. (2) cups of hot tea, (1) 16oz glass of cold tea.
