 Exercise:  Another 45 minutes swimming this morning!  B.  Protein Shake, L. Chicken Salad, no bread, tomatoe soup, small fruit cup, Snack SF popsicle, D.  The grill is firing up again tonight: salmon, skewered shrimp, corn on cob for kids, not me and a bite of baked beans & green beans.  Ribeye steak for hubby, I may get a bite.  Love the summer schedule!  What are you having today?!

we're grillin' on sunday for father's day and i am so looking forward to that.  Wore my new 14/16 dress out with honey last night to dinner, wow, this is just an amazing ride.   Breakfast - 1 scoop banana scream and 1/2 cup half and half
coffee with half n half and splenda and 1 slice toast and butta
snack - a few almonds
lunch - wendy's homestyle chicken sandwich sans bun and about 5 fries
snack - top half of a chocolate pecan donut - really ate the topping off the donut
dinner - taco meat, cheese, sour cream and salsa with a few corn chips
snack - ???

calories/1678 carbs/46 fat/107 protein/130

The storm's knocked out our insight yesterday which meant no "puter time for me!! I'm going to come back in a bit and add yesterday's food but right now I gotta run or I'll miss my ride to the gym!
