Happy Happy Saturday!!

There's no swim practice today!  In fact, I let Gracie go to Grandma's for the weekend so I'm childless until tomorrow.  I went to the gym and got in a good workout.  I'm thinking about going to the tanning palor but haven't decided yet.  I might just be lazy and do nothing untll it's time to shower and get ready for church tonight. FOOD breakfast: 3/4 cup Cinnamon Start cereal with 1/2 milk  (this stuff had 19 grams of protein after I added the milk!!) snack:  1 cup fresh Bing cherries lunch:  boneless buffalo chicken tenders and a small handful of tortilla chips & salsa snack:  Mr. E. and I split a L/F frozen yogurt w/ marshmallow cream from twysters dinner:  Joe's Crab Shack (steak-n-shrimp dinner) ate the 6 pieces of shrimp and brought the steak home.  Had a side ceasar salad and a few pieces of steamed vegies FLUIDS 17oz water 16oz skim milk 17oz crystal light 16oz diet soda ?? EXERCISE 40 minutes strength training and 45 minutes on the treadmill.

finally opened the pool today, its still too cold for me but the kids liked it.  I helped hubby clean out the koi pond, yuck...now I need to get the house cleaned up for Father's Day lunch tomorrow. breakfast - coffee with half n half and splenda and two slices of 100% whole wheat toast with butter snack - lil smokies lunch - taco meat with cheese, sour cream and salsa and a few chips snack - none dinner - meatloaf and mashed potatoes snack - ??? calories/1291   carbs/50  fat/94  protein/63 very low on protein tonight - guess I'll be making a banana scream

 OK, here we go.  Exercise:  45 minutes of swimming this morning, B. protein shake, Starbucks Chai Tea Latte, NF of course, L. about 3 oz. salmon and 1/4c. cottage cheese, a little Splenda & cinnamon, Snack SF Popsicle, later, a Kroger turkey "stick" about 70 cal. and 6 g. protein, Dinner at friends home, 3 oz. ribeye, a little green salad, a dab of potatoes, 1 roll (boo), and some sliced strawberries.  Didn't get more than 40 oz. water today (boo).  Cheers for the middle of June!

 Well my week of fun is over.. or almost.... anyway... I have gained two pounds this week!!! If  I dont eat every two hours I get the worse pains I have ever had in my life!!!!!  so trying to eat healthy and small portions is wearing me out!!!!!!!! so no account for food just say   BAD, BAD, BAD!!! bring on tuesday!!!!!!!! Dawn
