Medicaid question?

well it wasn't really a co-pay. My doctor is Dr. Sonnanstine in Florence Kentucky, and I had to pay 700.00 for the "program" I had to pay 350.00 down, then the rest was due before my surgery but I  went ahead paid mine up front. But no matter what insurance you have you have to pay the 700.00 for the program, but for how they have taken care of me it was more than worth it! I am so happy that I switched doctors...but just a bill for 750.00 I would definately call and ask about it
