Accountability: Diet & Exercise Journal for Monday, June 16th
Monday's are now offically dubbed "crazy day" for us!! Grocery shopping, a one hour swim practice in the AM, a four hour swim meet in the PM, trying to squeeze in a nap for Gracie (i want one too!!) and a bit of gym time for me!! Not to mention picking up the house as much as possible in between!!
LOL....so what am I doing on here??? Other than being mildly addicted to OH I just wanted to start the accountability post before I forgot and didn't get to it tonight!!
So here it is and then I'm out the door to the YMCA:
FOOD
breakfast: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte (10oz 1% milk and 6oz strong coffee)
lunch: 2/3 of a jumbo beef hotdog (w/o bun) at Sam's Club
snack: Snicker's Marathon Caramel Nut Rush Protein Bar (minus the 2 bites Gracie stole from me!)
dinner: Chick-fil-a southwest grilled salad
snack: Small pile of cashews and a single piece of Dove dark chocolate
FLUID
10oz milk
32oz water in my gym jug
17oz water
20oz Diet Cherry Limeade
EXERCISE
I'm headed to the gym next! The plan as of now is my usual 40 minutes strength training and then upping my cardio to a full 50 minutes to make it an even 1:30 minute workout . Yeah, I know it's a little OCD-ish but I like well-rounded numbers!!!


crazy day for me too - Becka would you please start a fresh new post about our get together this weekend? Just to let everyone know, and I haven't heard from Missy yet either. I think I have her phone humber around here somewhere, I really would love to see her again. TIA
