By all means FEEL FREE to start this thread anytime you see I haven't done it yet! Some days I'm overly busy and some days I just plain forget!
By the way, you are doing GREAT on the diet selection and portions!! Congrats on the 30 pound mile marker! I bet 40 will be right around the corner!
FOOD
breakfast: StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte
lunch: a small mountain of honey-roasted cashews (yeah, I know but TOM is knocking and I REALLY needed them!!)
snack: 1 string cheese
supper: grilled chicken breast, small baked potato w/ spray butter and sour cream, grilled pineapple
FLUIDS
10oz milk
17oz water
32 oz crystal light
EXERCISE
It was an off day for me unless I can count doing three loads of laundry, hauling a stinky couch out of the basement by myself and shampooing carpets!
OMG!!! LOL!!!!
OK, It is a walk out basement so it was just out the door but I did get it stuck in the door frame for a few minutes before I got smart and took the legs off it!!
The superhuman strength came when I found out one of my cats had used it for their own personal litterbox not for the first time but the second time!!! Talk about being PO'ed!! Nothing stinks worse than cat urine! It is now down by the barn in the burn pile.

Hello... I got a fill and it was small, lol, but I'd raher do it this way then be too tight..
