Accountability (diet and exercise) for Wednesday, June 18th
Howdy everyone! It's a beautiful day out there! I'm going to try and hang out in the sunshine and soak it up after I get finished with my workout and errands! FOOD breakfast: Skiny cini dulce latte (10oz milk, 6oz coffe w/ S/F syrup and splenda) lunch: 1/2 cup egg beater omelet with 1 slice of colby jack and 2 sppons of salsa snack: ?? dinner: ?? (I'm campaigning for dinner out)
FLUIDS 10 oz milk 17oz water 17oz crystal light ?? ??
EXERCISE Going to the Y after I get this started (i'm waiting until after the lunch hour rush). Planning on doing my full workout which is 40 minutes strength training and 45 minutes cardio.
