Accountability (diet and exercise) for Wednesday, June 18th

This one time....in
Band Camp.....

Howdy everyone!  It's a beautiful day out there!  I'm going to try and hang out in the sunshine and soak it up after I get finished with my workout and errands! FOOD breakfast:  Skiny cini dulce latte  (10oz milk, 6oz coffe w/ S/F syrup and splenda) lunch:  1/2 cup egg beater omelet with 1 slice of colby jack and 2 sppons of salsa snack:  ?? dinner:  ??  (I'm campaigning for dinner out)

 

FLUIDS 10 oz milk 17oz water 17oz crystal light ?? ??

 

EXERCISE Going to the Y after I get this started (i'm waiting until after the lunch hour rush).  Planning on doing my full workout which is 40 minutes strength training and 45 minutes cardio.

  This has not been a good day.  B. started out well, one scrambled egg & 1 veggie sausage pattie, L.  3 oz. turkey salad, a couple of pickle slices, and then it happened- went to Starbucks &  had my tall nonfat Chai tea latte, still ok, but then I got carried away with some chocolate covered expresso beans.  YIKES.  last week I had 4-5 and had no problem (moderation).  Today I must have had about 25 of those suckers and paid for it the rest of the day.  D. about 6oz.. protein shake.  Lots and lots of water and 1 SF popsicle.  We learn from our mistakes, hopefully, if we are wise.  Tomorrow is another day.  EX. walked about 20 minutes with grandkids, tomorrow i'm up early to swim and begin another day.  Peace.
