What a beautiful day in the neighborhood!  Ex. 55 min swimming early today, B.  protein shake, & a tall Chai tea latte, L. O'Charley's 3oz. grilled salmon, about 4oz. steamed veggies, and a few bites of Chicken tortilla soup D. the plan is 2 oz. hamburger pattie w. a slice of cheese, and some cottage cheese & strawberries for "dessert".  NSV:  I've never been big on cleaning out closets, but today I found some pants and jackets that I haven't worn for at least 3 years that I had outgrown.  Today, I've grown back into them nicely thank you and added several items to my wardrobe.  I'm promising myself not to by any more new clothes until fall- I've got plenty to get me through the summer.  Looking forward to an incredible time at Incredible Dave's tomorrow! Peace.

UGH!! The last two days have been bad for me on accountability!! Today has really been bad though! It started off well, I had a protein bar early today and then spent 3 hours in the ER with my big kid husband!  He went to an AVT park in Bedford "to go get a little redneck" with the guys.  Well he comes home around 11 right before I was leaving and was shuffling with a pained look on his face.  Ends up he dumped himself off a 250cc dirt bike TWICE!!  First time he landed on his kneee which had cartiledge repair about a yeat ago and the second time he landed HARD on his butt and he said he heard a SNAP and a POP when he did it.  I end up peeling all the wet muddy clothes off of him and put him in the shower.  We then headed up to Suburban Hosp. to get him checked out.  The outcome of the ER trip is that he's too old for such toys and his tailbone (he likes to say his ****yx) is completely broken in two!!  Nothing that can be fixed but now we have some good drugs for him for a couple of weeks.  Neither of us had lunch and by time we left at 3pm we were ready to gnaw on our knuckles!  We stop at the medical supply place and buy one of those donuts for him to sit on and then headed to Q'doba!!  I got us both a naked chicken burritio and then a side of queso and cheese to take home.  I never ate the burrito because I pigged out on cheese and chips.  The burrito will end up being dinner.  I'm thinking a nice little rum and diet coke will make a GREAT dessert at this point! Congrats Jeanie on the shopping trip in your own closet!!  My sis who had RNy last year gives me all her sizes as she continues to shrink.  I just add tops and such and my wardrobe always looks good!

Congrats on the shopping in your closet, I have moments like that.  But, I gave all my 14/16s to MacCauley House 2 years ago so I have nothing else in my closet that will fit me now.  I feel like asking my friends for all their clothes so I don't have to buy anything.  I could tell them I would only use them for a few months.  What do you think?  Or we could start a rotating clothing exchange.  I have a closet full of 18/20 22/24s if anyone needs them, then they could just pay it forward and send them on to someone else.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
