I so understand! That is what drove us to this site. We just couldn't do it by dieting alone. Right now I'm planning,planning,and planning some more. If I am prepared with good food in the house and my knitting close by I seem to satisfy both real and head hunger. Try to find some distract such as knitting, reading, or exercising( not for me yet)
It really does help. Hang in there!
