I take opti-source vitamins, for bariatric patients, you take 4 chewables a day, and they don't taste bad at all.  you can get them at kings daughters drugstore, or walgreens.com, I also found a new place to order them from, free shipping, and no sales tax, if anyone is interested in the site, let me know. Lisa  p.s. they are 26.99 a month walgreens is like 26.99 plus sales tax free shipping kings daughters is 25.99 plus tax, and you have to go get  them.

I have the band, so all I have to take is a daily multivitamin.  I take Centrum Silver Chewables.

My surgeon and dietitian both recommended Prenatal vitamins because of their higher vitamin levels.  They recommended two a day and that is what I take.  Cheap too, only about 8 bucks for 240 of them at Wal-Mart.  Plus if I become the first man to get pregnant then I have a head start on things. Took Flinstone chewables for the first month after surgery.

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
