poll : vitamins
I am 1+ year out. I take 3 of the 18 mg chewable iron tablets by Bariatric Advantage and 2 of the centrum chewables. SEPARATE from that by @ least 1 or 2 hours I take 3 of the calcium citrate plus tabs. Calcium and Iron can not be taken @ the same time. (I take a lot of iron; #1. I am still having periods. #2 My doctors say it is OK for me; this is the first time in my adult life I have not been anemic.)
