Here are some basics I usually have available:
Crystal Light
Lipton Diet Green Tea
Light String Cheese Sticks
Turkey and Ham
Tuna and Light Mayo
Dry Roasted Edamame
Canned All White Meat Chicken
Frozen Tilapia Fillets
Different types of canned beans like black beans
Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt in Strawberry, 12 grams of protien in one 6 oz cup
I keep a variety of flavors of Great Value (Walmart brand) sugar-free drink mix packets. That and skim milk are all I drink.
I also keep lite string cheese; 3-ounce cans of chicken, tuna, and salmon; Activia Lite FF yogurt; WW chocolate fudge ice cream bars; 100-calorie packs of wheat thins; Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal; an assortment of Healthy Choice, WW, etc., microwave dinners; and an assortment of fruits and vegetables. Of course, I have frozen meats I also use when I feel like cooking, but most of my meals are on the run, so I use a lot of canned items.
