Hey Kentucky peeps.. where u hidin?

Se...I found that I lose with eating more solids than liquids. Liquids seem to go thru too quick and leave me hungry within an hour or two. Solids last 5-6 hours at least. I am still fighting those night time snacks but have tried to pick up my crocheting again to keeo those hands busy while watching the little bit of tv I do watch! I am off to Sam's tonight for the twisted bars...Becca is turning me onto all the good ones it seems. Take care and see ya in a week!
