I had rny on June 6th and was doing great. But now I feel really bad, I can not eat chicken or beef. I have trouble eating mashed potatoes, they make me gag, so I am stuck. The things that I  have been able to keep down are Teddy Grams and peanuts.
Thanks

have you tried something like the tyson canned chicken??  maybe soups?? i ate stuff like that for quite a while, yogurt, puddings, I was told not to even eat potatoes, because of the starch. and honestly you should stay away from the trddy grahams, they can become addictive, lol.

First throw the teddy grahams out.
I am 5 mths out and still have trouble with chicken and beef and potatoes send my sugar up.
Do you like tuna and canned chicken?
i eat tuna fish and chicken salad with tomatoes or a couple of wheat crackers.
I still eat soups and cottage cheese an baked fish.
i love eggs and i cant eat them anyway but boiled.
i love to eat a salad i put chicken and shredded cheese and boiled eggs and then my produce in it.
go to the main board and to eggfaces profile she has all kind of recipes that could help you
You have to take it slow and try new things ..

Im not a Rny patient but I would suggest calling your surgeon.... Because Teddy grahams arent the best for you and surely you should be able to eat more than that?? Good luck!!! I have heard wonderful things about dr gellar.
