Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Monday, August 4th

Well....weekend was busy...as usual. Sat. Braedyn's dad came for his weekly supervised visitation with him. Then I went to the Farmer's Market,  grocery, paying bills, mowing yard, working in garden, cleaned pool etc....I finally got to sit down at 5..only to be asked to babysit again so she could go to the last night at fair. I should have said no...but its hard to sometimes.  I ate crappy all day Sat. No good on fluids either! But I did get an hour in the pool!

Sunday...went to Edinburgh Mall to school shop...more! Mad house! Sales Galore and *****y teenagers to boot! Mine too! Met my sister and retrieved Sarah from her (she spent 4 days with her in Carmel). She was in a pretty good mood and very happy to come home but wanted to stay! She is a social butterfly and wants to get back in school and see her friends.

I ate some turkey from the deli and a couple slices of cheese Sat and buffalo chicken fajitas from chili's sunday. that was all......fluids were even low!Like I said...busy and bad!

LeeAnn, It is hard to say no sometimes. but you need to... We were 17 when Zack was born, and her mom told her if He couldn't go with us, we didnt need to go... At the time we thought it was awful but as we look back( he just graduated!!!) it was true, she was a mom and if he couldn't go then we didnt need to be there or we planned on doing something we shouldn't be.. There's a girl at work, she watched her grandkid all the time her daughter was 15.. she's 18 now and HAS THREE!!!!!! Lisa realized way to soon that she was making it too easy on her.... not trying to get preachy, sorry if it sounds that way, but I was there with Sandy and we learned alot from her mom.... She was right, but shhhh dont tell her that ok???

I know...I really should be stricter with her, but I am trying so hard not to be too much so. I made her go to summer school and she pulled an A..long time since I have seen that! She has been home all summer with him and I just wanted to give her some free time to be a kid. It is hard to make her grow up so fast 9being a mom etc ) yet tell her she is still a kid and not an adult (re: smoking)  I have decided I am going to have to put my foot down on everyone at home. they are running all over me and I am the one stressed from it all.   Screw it....can I just come live in your garage and hide?     Lol...I know that won't solve anything but I would at least be able to get some rest!

 Smoking she's probably gonna do regardless.. just point out it isnt her life anymore, she's got the baby to think about!! hahaha that will make her think!!!! Schools  starting soon and you will have more issues so just realx.. I didnt mean that eltting her go to the fair was bad... it was hot, not a real good place for him... Just that you need to think about it before u say yes I will... U have been watching him alot lately on saturdays.. U need time for you!!!! Sounds like u need super nanny for dale!! hahahaha!!!!!! He needs support lessons from richard and todd!!!
   Yep I dont have garage doors but you can live there!!!! ahhhahaha.... I do have a basement though...
