Good Morning Kentucky Board!

Hope everyone got a good night sleep and what a beautiful day to wake up to! It is cool here,,,thank goodness! I wish fall were here! I love the colors and sweaters...I know...warped aren't I?!  12 years of living in Florida burned me out on summer and hot/humid weather!  Hope everyone gets out and enjoys the day. I am at work, but plan on a picnic lunch outside if possible. No one here but me so I will just take the phones out with me!  I woke up with a lovely case of tonsilitis...too much going on and not eating right....look what it got  me! Saw my Dr this am and he started me on antibiotics. Perks of small town living needless to say!  Kids are off to school and Braedyn started at the sitter today.  Now ya see why I am in a good mood even though I am sick!  Wooo Hooooo

I am here but in and out today to pretty to stay inside.  went to grocery Jay C and Aldi's now I am on my way back out putting the top down on the car and go over to Old Time Pottery and look at stuff and maybe hit Catos  and see what they have on the clearence racks if they have some cheap stuff will pick up 4 sizes smaller and have them for next summer.   Or maybe another pair of blue jeans cause the 26's are falling off me need a 22/24

  Hey there, Leigh Ann- thanks for the shout out!  School started officially for teachers today and next Tuesday for kiddos.  My room is almost ready and I'm getting excited about the new year.  It sure has been a beautiful day out today, from what I've seen.  Getting ready to get grandkids & go to park before we get a bite.  (Granny's not eating much- my 2nd fill yesterday & it went beautifully!)  By the way, my Indiana friends, we have one son now engaged to a Hoosier girl (indy) and another son it looks may be headed to the alter with another Hoosier girl, also from Indy.  Both are lovely young ladies. It looks like we'll be visiting IN more often!  Best wishes to all- if Tuesday goes well, I may see y'all Tuesday night!  Happy week-end!

Hope you are feeling better.  I've got a sinus infection right now that's bothering a tooth.  I'm just sitting here watching the opening of the Olympics and wondering if Becca should start pole vault training since she's a natural on the bungee!  

Hope Braedyn does well with the sitter.

The bathroom should be done by Tuesday!  Keep your fingers crossed.  Those contractors get paid by the hour so I am sure they will try to drag it out as long as they can!  lol

Went to my cousin's wedding Friday night at the Break's Interstate Park.  Had a wonderful time!
Stayed at the lodge last night and my family met me there today.  We grilled out for my brother's birthday.  He will be 31 tomorrow.

I just got back from a friend's daughter's wedding.  It's always great when the Irish party.  Men in kilts, bagpipers, and guiness.  Also tried 2 new beer. Horse **** Beer benifits disabled jockeys and retired thourobreds.  Does nothing for ones stomach...taste like, well ****   The other was by Thirsty Dog Brewery call Old Leg Humper.  It tasted a little better kinda like what I would think cow **** would taste like.  Catered by Walt's BBQ.  I managed to stick to the program except for the Beer....I  am Irish.  Get time lots of dancing so I worked off the beer.

   HI girlie!!! Im here, Hanging out. starting to feel better. all stitches are out and trying to work back up to solid good for me food!!
   Glad the tylenol helped aubrey....
Will try to get back in the accountability posts now.. I need slider food rehab now!!!
