Plastic Surgery in Kentucky

Has anyone in KY had plastic surgery following their WLS?
I'm getting closer to my goal (but a little way to go still), and am starting to think about plastic surgery. I'm definitely going to need some with all the extra skin.

I have so many questions about it that I don't know where to start!
How close to my goal do I need to be (obviously a few pounds will be skin, but I don't know how many)?
What kinds of things can be covered by insurance, if any?
I think I might want an arm lift first because I want to look good in my wedding dress in a year or two, but I won't be able to afford a whole body lift before paying for a wedding.
Sorry for all the random PS questions, but as I said, I'm just getting started in researching this one and I'm overwhelmed by it all!!! Any help or advice anyone could give would be greatly appreciated!!!!

this is the place I intend on going no matter what needs to be lifted, or tucked. I have a girlfriend who went to them after her breast reduction was botched. They put her back together again and she loves them. I would make an appointment as soon as possible. The doctors can tell you how soon you need to come back. That way you can see if you like them.
