Just back from Suburban support meeting

<--- Where was everybody tonight?!  Missed seeing many of you! Enjoyed seeing Dana there tonight and catch up with her, but missed seeing others from KY board.  I enjoyed getting to meet some new people, one gal over a year out with band and down 112 lbs.  The gal on the other side of me is getting banded in late September.  Stayed afterward and talked with a few others- it was good evening.  Taste tested about 10-12 products, little servings of chips, pretzels, cereals, protein packed pudding, etc.  Found a couple of things of interest but probably nothing new to add to my menu.  Still, all and all, a good night.  It sounds like people are either super busy or a little under the weather.  Everyone have a safe & restful week-end.  Next month at Suburban, plastic surgery!  I plan to be there.   Bye!

Hey Jeanie...I had the day from hell and just was not up to it. I was worried about letting Vicki down....did not know she was still too sick to go today.  So...we just called it a wash and I headed home with my migraine, sore port site, and a new freakin set of tires. Read my post on this...

Sorry we all seemed to bail on you tonight!  I am glad though that you saw a few regular faces and met some newbies!

I just couldn't work it out and then remembered about Gracie's bedtime being @ 8pm as well and getting her off schedule is kinda iffy right now since she's doing SO WELL!!  (knock wood) 

I'll be at the downtown meeting in September but the Suburban one for September (which I REALLY wanted to go to due to it being on plastics) will be while we are on vacation so I'll miss that one too!

  Becka, glad to hear Gracie is off to a good start in school.  Hope to see you in September downtown.  When 4th Thursday gets here, be sure to say hi to Mickey & Minnie for me.  When I reach goal, I plan to check 'em out after 24 years since the 1st and last time we went!

what time are the suburban meetings on thurs?

  4th Thursday at Suburban at 6:00 p.m.  2nd Tuesday at downtown Norton's, 6:00 p.m.  Come join us!
