    Well Im packing and cleaning and ugh!!!!!!! I will be gone monday and tuesday for sure.. wensday not sure soccer practice.. If I come back in time tuesday I will come to support group... But no idea if I will be back in time...
    Oh and today is my 12 wedding anniversary... Time flies....

Food:
s- none
b- handful of cashews before my walk
l- kroger frozen pizza.. ate 3/4 of it so I think I might need a fill... I use to eat 1/2 of it and was full
 calories - 400, carbs, 51g, protein 15g
s- peanuts and cashews if i need a snack
s- watermelon
d- 1 smoked sausage 10 g protein, 240 calories, 3 carbs
     a tablespoon baked beans, three french fries with mustard and
     ketchup
s- handful m and m's

38 min walk outside
3 minutes on med ball
5 min hand weights
and want to walk tonight or do my gazelle to try and catch up where im behind...

I really haven't had an appetite today - need to try and get my protein shakes in regardless

breakfast - one bite of scrambled eggs and a bite of toast with butter
coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer
snack - champion chocolate protein drink
lunch - a few bites of the roast beef off a regular roast beef sandwich from Arby's dipped in horseradish sauce, a few curly fries
snack - crunchy peanut butter on vanilla wafers (5)
dinner -
snack -

Happy Anniversary Dawn!  Have fun on your trip!

Why is it that the days seem to drag on when I am at work and my days off fly by??????
Worked today.  Tired this evening.  Trying to decide what to fix for dinner.  My son won't be home for another 3 hrs. and not sure if my husband is working late or not.
I just snacked on some chips and salsa......homemade salsa......my first batch of Hot Chipotle.  It is warm - not very hot - pretty darn good if I do say so myself!
Have put my walking shoes on and getting ready to hit the track.   Tonight I need to get the bills ready to mail out in the morning.  I hate doing that but it is nice to have it done and out of the way......until next payday!

Today's Menu:

B:  Protein Bar
S:   1 oz. BBQ chips
S:  Shrimp, veggies, alfredo sauce w/ about 4 bites of pasta
L:   5 french fries, 3 slices of cheese
S:   Protein Bar
S:   Chips and Salsa
D:   ????
S:   ????


Exercise:    Going to do my 60 minutes of track work-out!  I plan on using the track and outdoor stuff until the evenings start getting cold!  I'd much rather be outside in the sun when I can!

My Dinner and Snack update!

D:   3/4 c. garden salad w/ basalmic vinegarette dressing and swiss cheese, 2 shrimp marsala, and 3 bites of angel hair pasta
S:   1 plum, few chips w/salsa, and a slice of cheese

And I did go to the track and burned up 60 minutes!  My thighs are so sore!!!!!!

  Dawn, Happy Anniversary!!!  Hope it's been a good day and hope your trip is a blast!
Feeling almost normal, after having sinus infection, here's how my day has been, food-wise:
B. 1 c. decaf, a grande NF Chai tea latte & 1/2 of an Oh Yeah! bar I ordered online.  Tastes much like a Baby Ruth.  DH ate other half- very tasty -over 12 g. protein & close to 200 calories for 1/2 bar.
L.  about 3oz. chicken, 2 oz. green beans, 3 bites baked potato
D.  about 2-3 oz. Campbell's Chili with a little cheese on top
Snax: 1 SF popsicle, 4oz. sf butterscotch pudding

Happy anniversary! Todd...my condolences! JUST KIDDING!!!!!! Have a great time on your trip...don't overdo it though!
Food has been odd today! But here we go....

B: SF peach tea, 1 1/2 slices bacon and 1 c hash browns with cheese
L: 6 Bagel crisps w/ cream cheese veggie spread
D: Salsbury steak and mashed pot with green beans....potato day and I am not a big fan of them to start with! Hmmmmmm....
S: Popcorn
