Accountability: Diet & Exercise - Tues., Sept. 9th
Hello All,
Happy to report I did get up timely today for exercise. I am back on tract so far with good eating habits. I am hoping posting early will keep in on the right path.
Breakfast - 1/2 Wheybolic Extreme 60, 2 (20 oz) bottles of water one flavored one plain, 2 cups of organic tea.
Lunch - 3 oz slice of pork tenderloin - less the ounce that decided not to go down and a pkg of chocolate covered soy nuts.
Dinner - I have decided and did eat one cup of clam chowder. Wanted some ice cream and apple pie but the band would not even allow the ice cream. Guess I should be happy because I was trying to stray.

Becka, Went to Tx on he 28th of August and had a great time but it has been hard getting back on track. I could get into onederland this month if I really work at it but I am doing stupid stuff. Making poor food choices. I remember when we first got banded we exercised every day, made good choices and drank our liquids, I have not been getting all my liquids in. I know its that I think that I am looking too cute. But that has been my down fall in the past, being happy with the weight loss and not paying attention to what got that weight off. I am really going to beat myself because I know I can do it and if I don't beat myself I will not get to Onederland this month. It is the first small goal I have set and I really need to accompli****

Todays food stuff: (warning! it sounds like a broken record except for lunch)
B: you guessed it. Grande NF Chai Latte, later pnut butter protein bar
L: early lunch, 4 pieces of sushi, late lunch delicious salad, ff dressing
D. baked potato, topped with chili and cheese
Snax: 1/2 twisted bar I found in my desk!, sf pudding after dinner

Seems like the past few days have flown by. Work has kept me busy and I suppose that is a good thing. Had some training today and it was kind of a nice break.

S: 6 P-nut Butter Crackers
L: Tuna and Crackers
S: 6 crackers
D: 1 slice cheese, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, and 1 slice melon
D2: Portobella Veggie Burger w/ cheese and lettuce on toast
S: Probably going to be chips and salsa and / or SF popsicle!
Exercise : Walked 75 minutes at the lake w/ Holli. Thanks for going with me Holli!!!!

Exercise: lots of bargain hunting! At least 3 hours worth after all is combined
