I walked to the UK game on Saturday!

OK, so it's only a mile but since I've lost weight I've been able to walk better even with my arthritis. My husband asked if I wanted to use the scooter, but I decided not to. AND -- I made it fine and back too. OK, so I couldn't have walked much further but this is a big WOW for me. I plan to keep walking to the games (alright, alright, as long as the weather is NICE -- I'm not that much of a trooper!!). Just wanted to share, N

Praise the Lard (and Crisco too!). Dog Bless my DS!

Congrats,  I know the feeling  like you could walk on air.  I felt that way when I got rid of my cane after my stroke.
