It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood and so far I have done well.  Hope everyone else is having a good day too. 

Today's intake:

Morning - Slimscript soy protein shake, 1 qt powerade zero, 1 (20oz) bottle of water, 1 (20 oz) sb flavored water.

Noon - Tuna salad, cheetos, soyjoy bar

Night - 3 oz pork tenderloin, dark chocolate zone bar.

Hey Z...glad your day was good! Just finished posting yesterday's food...here's today's!

B: Carnation instant breakfast w/ pills

L: southern style chicken sandwich

D: spaghetti w/ meat sauce and 1/2 garlic breadstick

No snacks today! Too busy!

Protein:43 grams..not too good I know
Fluids: 72 ozs

Exercise? Cleaned store, rearranged furniture, mowed entire freakin yard because Mr Wonderful is a lazy ass, cooked dinner, washed dishes, washed and folded a load of never ending laundry...its now 9:00 and I am off to work for a couple hours on my cakes for next week! *****y maybe?! You bet...so I will go hide in my hole and swear to myself and hope omorrow goes better!

Busy day for me today!  This is always good since it leaves less time for nibbling!

FOOD

S:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte
B:  Snicker's protein bar
S:  1/2 pack of salted peanuts from Thornton's  (the 2/$1.00 size)
L:  a little debbie S'more (180 calories)
D:  1/2 a chicken breast, 1/2 cup peas and carrots and 1/4 cup mashed taters
S:  ??  not sure yet

FLUIDS

EXERCISE

40 minutes strength training, 30 minutes on the exercise bike and then 20 minutes on the treadmill.
