Accountability:Diet & Exercise - Thurs. Sept. 11th

Many will be held accountabile for the things that they did on this date 7 years ago.  It is something we will always remember.  We can't change what happened then but we can make an effort to do something positive as individual's toward mankind.

Today's Intake:

Morning - Lean Muscle Meal, 1 (20oz) btl water, 1 (20 oz) sbeach flavored water, 1 qt powerade zero, cup of tea.

Snack - small pkg hot & spicy nuts, small pkg flavored nuts

Noon - cup of clam chowder w/white cheddar cheese crackers

Snack - small bag popcorn

Night - I may eat a protein bar but I am really full.

If any changes to the above I will edit.  Got my exercise in this morning 30 minutes cardio.  Take care all and have a good night.

Today was my Friday and I feel like I worked hard and stayed busy yet I didn't get anything accomplished.  I haven't slept well for a couple of days so I am hoping to get some rest tonight. 

I met Holli for a walk at the lake.  Tues and Thurs. are going to be our regular days to walk there.   Time goes by so fast when you have someone to talk to.  I love it!

My son has been so sweet this evening.  When I got home, he had folded the towels that were in the dryer and was washing another load of laundry!  He said he just wanted to help me.  How often does that happen with a teenager!?!?!?!?  I am just going to enjoy it while it lasts :)

Planning to go to Asheville with my mother tomorrow for a one night trip.  Looking forward to the getaway.

Today's Intake (Not Real Good!):

B:   1/2 serving oatmeal w/raisins
L:   1/2 c. Shrimp Jambalaya, Bean Dip, chips, SF Dirt Pudding, one bite macaroni salad, 1 bite of potatoe salad
S:   Protein Bar, 2 crackers
D:   1/2 c. Shrimp Jambalaya
S:  1/2 Cheese Enchilada and few chips w/salsa, 1/2 plum

I feel like I have had too many carbs.  My stomach is all icky right now after that last snack! 


Exercise:  65 minutes of Walking.

B: Crystal light peach tea w/ snickers protein bar
L: beef and cheddar from arby's
D: stir fry beef w/ mixed veggies and a little taste of rice..1/5 cup
S: pecan sweet and salty bar

Bandie was being fickle today and everything felt tight.  Tomorrow she'll be wide open!



S:  StarBECK'S skinny cini dulce latte
B:  skiiped it
L:  Tried to eat a chicken thigh (fried...yeah, I know) but after three bites I knew I needed to stop or i'd regret it

L (part 2):  about 1 cup of leftover Q'doba naked chicken burrito.  Bandi didn't like this either but it was 3pm and I was hungry!  Ate it anyway and she settled down

D:  about 2/3 cup tuna casserole and 2.5 tomato slices

S:  EDY's light pumpkin ice cream (1/2 cup = 100 calories, 3 fat, 17 carb (12 sugar), 2 protein)  don't ya love how THAT ALWAYS goes down easy?
