Having a great day.  Stayed on course all day.  Planned my menu and followed through.  Allowed for the pizza for dinner.  I am happy.  Band is satisfied.  Hope all have a healthy and happy weekend.

Today's Intake:

Morning - 2 cups organic tea, wheybolic extreme 60, 3 (20oz) bts of water.

Snack - 3 strips of turkey bacon and a cup of applesauce

Noon - Tuna salad and smores pure protein bar

Snack - 1 oz (I can't believe that's all I ate) popcorn

Dinner - 1 slice of Supreme Pizza from Walmart - (350 cal slice 16 gm protein)

Here's my intake for today.....

B: Carnation instant breakfast
S: Apple slices and a kashi go lean crunch bar
L: Southern style chicken sandwich...I am officially sick of these!
D: small chef salad
S: ramen noodles

Cal: 1528
Protein:  62 grams
Fluids: 64 ozs

I ate pretty good....my mood just sucks....

Friday's Intake:

B:  2 strips soy bacon and a slice of cheese and tomatoe on toast
L:  Hot and Sour Soup, Chinese Veggies, few bites fried rice
S:   Protein bar
D:   Blackened Shrimp and Garden Salad w/ French Dressing, shredded cheese and pecans

Exercise:  Walked 2 miles before leaving for my trip!
