Accountability:Diet & Exercise - Sat., Sept. 13th

Didn't exercise this morning but I hope to later tonight. Wanted to get accountability started since I have sinned early and hope to repent. Have a good day.
Morning - one cup of tea.
Noon - chocolate covered cashews (690 cals) and egg salad
Night - probably wheybolic extreme60 for the protein since it doesn't have many carbs. I have already ingested too many at noon.

It has been a fast weekend and is over too fast! Went to Asheville with my mom........did some shopping at the mall yesterday, visited the Gardens and Winery at Biltmore Estate today. Had a lot of fun and it was a nice relaxing weekend.
Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 cheese omelet, bite of Lite Yogurt, 2 Strawberries, toast w/ P-nut butter
S: Protein Bar
L: 1/2 Veggie Wrap (mozzarella cheese, red peppers, caramelized onion, and portobella mushroom), few bites of couscous salad
S: 1/2 Veggie Wrap, few bites of doritos, 1/2 banana
D: Portobella Veggie Burger w/ cheese, tomatoe and lettuce on toast
Exercise: Walked / Hiked for about 3 hrs. today!!!!!

football season takes over my life this time of year
tonight I even felt bones digging into the bleacher seats, funny I don't remember that happening before
breakfast - raisin bran with splenda and milk, coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer
snack - champion chocolate protein shake
lunch - chicken quesadilla with taco sauce and sour cream
snack - bowl of cowboy soup
dinner - hamburger with half bun at football field
2nd dinner - 2 slices pizza
snack - a few handfuls of popcorn and another protein shake with 1/2 slice of bread with peanut butter
