sept exercise challenge.. half way there...
Ok Ladies. The month is half over tommorrow.. So Where are you on your exercise minutes?? mine are in my ticker but I need to add 30 minutes for yesterday... Im behind but with vacation I wasnt sure how I would do.. I didn't know how to convert 9 miles into minutes either... so....

Mine is lagging a bit...tries to update my ticker today and realized it! This week will be chaos getting ready for friday night on the square! I know I will more than make up for the lag with all that! Friday is an all day on my feet and running day from 9 in the am to 11 in the pm!

I have done 500 min. since our check in last week....so, 500 plus 330 is ........I am thinking and counting here.......830!
830 minutes done and 970 more to go!!!!
Damn. That's a lot of minutes to go.
Dawn, not sure what pace you walk to determine 9 miles into min. I usually walk 3 miles in an hour.....3mph.....maybe you could do it on a treadmill and kind of figure out what pace you are at and that can tell you # of minutes.

Hooray! After almost 6 hours, our power is back on. OK, now on to exercise
Slight improvement over last week: Week 1, only 70 min., this past week, 145 min. That's 215 min. down, and still 735 min. to go. I hope to pick up the pace this week. When I weighed in this morning, it occurred to me that I am now only 15 pounds from Onederland. I can't believe it! 3rd fill coming up later this week should help but I know it's the exercise that, when done, makes the biggest difference in my weight loss. Thanks, Dawn, for leading the way. Hope eveyone is safe- we lost a beautiful tree and part of chain fence this afternoon. Other than that, all is well.

Ok so yesterday I was at my moms, no electric here and a nightmare to look at!!! So I took Katie her Saint Bernard walking. I took my pedometer and timed it with my cell phone.. In 60 minutes Katie and I walked 2.60 miles which was slower than i usually walk due to pulling on Katie. Sooooo Im gonna figure my 9 miles a day on the two vacation days at 2 miles a hour... I know it will be less than what I normally due but I think that's fair???? sound good?
so that first day would be 210 minutes
and the second day would be 180 minutes....
