OK, I'm a worry wort and just want to make sure all my peeps are out there and OK after the wild weather we had today!  Please check in with me on this post so I know all of y'all are fine and accounted for!!

I have TEXTed with Dawn today so I know she's fine other than some property damage.

I am fine as well.  We are without power and have 3 trees down but not on top of anything.  There's no school tomorrow, we have the generator up and running, and for some odd reason although we have no cable for the TV we do have Internet (it's a miracle I tell you!!)....oh yeah....while we were out driving to louisville today our car was missed by a tree coming down by about 2 or 3 feet....Richard saw it all in the rearview mirror and the car behind us almost ate it but didn't!

So chime in and tell me how you are so I wont worry!!!

We just got lights on..
Lost our pool and gazebo and trampoline but we feel lucky it can all be replaced..

I am back on now finally!  We lost power at 11:45 am yesterday, and finally got power at 3:20 am this morning!  Uggh!!!  No damage here, just a few limbs down around us.  I am worried about Lee Ann too, and will try to give her a call later this morning.  I know Salem got hit pretty hard too!  Glad to hear that you all are ok, and slowly getting better.  Take care and stay safe!

if you know of anyone who lives in Owensboro, there is alot of people without power or phone lines. I think like 20,000 people is without power, alot of damage down there, I live in eastern Ky, we got wind, but nothing like Lexington to Owensboro.

Last count is that 485,000 people are without power when you add the smaller electric companies to the LG&E totals.  Not sure if that includes indiana or not.

PLEASE let us know whoever gets ahold of Lee Ann first!

 Safe and somewhat sound in FernCreek.  Lost one of our beautiful pear trees and some chain link fence, and struggled to navigate home from church & lunch out Sunday.  Power out for about 6 hours, now on.  We are ok and our kids made it back safely to Indy.  Becka, hope your power comes back before you all leave town and I hope to see everyone check in today.  It's good to know when everyone is doing ok.
