I'M BACK!!....and GOT to share my blue Genie pic before I go to bed!
HEY Y'ALL.......I'm back!!
I missed you guys! Before I head off to bed though I have to share THE pic I was determined to get the whole time I was down in Florida! It's my blue genie pic which is ALMOST my 1 year pic!
I wanted to share it with my Kentucky pals before I post it on the Band Board since many of you guys have become my real time friends and wanted to see what y'all thought!
I certainly am still skeptical and can see that I have about 30-40 additional pounds to loose but I do see a pretty good improvement! I know this year's vacation was SOOO much more comfortable! No aching feet half way through the days no aching back and the knee was pretty darn quiet so long as I took my meds for it each day! For those factors alone I consider this a SUCCESS!!
