So glad you started our accountability as I am ready to go to bed. Perfect timing :)
Feeling about the same. Did a little more work around the house and that makes me feel better. I can't stand a dirty or cluttered home. Plus, I have been helping my soon to be ex pack up his things. I think I am "nesting".
Today's Intake:
B: 1 egg, cheese, and 1/2 biscuit
S: 3 saltine crackers w/ p-nut butter
L: 1 slice cheese and banana pepper pizza, 4 slices apple (no peeling)
S: 1 plum - no peeling
D: 5 grilled shrimp, few tortilla chips, salsa, lettuce, 1/2 slice tomatoe, and bite of sour cream
S: 1/2 c. strawberry italian ice and tuna (what a combo! needed more protein!)
Exercise: None. Waiting until after my cardio appt. on Tuesday. Have simply tried to stay busy with housework (cleaning out closets, etc.).

Well, I probably had a real dumb attack yesterday............I took 90 percent of my clothes to consignment and goodwill. I only kept things that fit , were flattering, and a few tee shirts for grubbing around in at home. I have been standing in my closet trying to figure out what to wear to church and it is really slim pickings. Even though I'm a long way from goal I have dreamed of trashing my old clothes. Guess I'll just have to live with my rashness.lol

Well the day started well then went down hill quick!!! My mother in law's house is full of JUNK FOOD.. good night...
SO here's how it started out...
S- prochino
b- handful of peanuts, cashews
l- ate late, like two or 230... a piece of sausage and a slice of cheese.
then left to go get my mother in law for a wedding...
so get to her house and she isnt ready.. but oh the chocolate and the carmel corn....
so three snack sized nestle crunch bars, a handful carmel corn, and peanuts,,
then went to the wedding
d- 1 meatball, 1.5 chicken tenders, some shaved ham with honey mustard sauce,.
s- icing and few bites of wedding cake.
s- candy corn
do you see a pattern here.. omgosh!!!! Junk fest... Im grounded today.. That stuff isnt in my house and I now know y..
one good thing did happen yesterday though.. well two actually, katelyn choose pretzels over chips... shocked me...
and Todd's aunts and uncle's on bub's side haven't seen me since halloween last year and were AMAZED!! One aunt asked Todd what on earth I had done to loose all this weight!! hehehehe

Lunch: a teaspoon of everything off the buffet at the exchange-no deserts though!
D: 1/2 corned beef sandwich w/ extra meat!
No snacks! Yeah!!!!

Protein: everything had protein powder or form of protein so not sure!
Fluids: 84 ozs...and lots of potty trips!
2 hours of shopping with my sister...need I say more on the exercise part!
