Accountability: MONDAY, Octo. 6th
I don't mind at all! I am dedicated to posting my accountability EVERY DAY. It helps keep me focused. Thanks for starting it. I usually worry that I will step on someone's toes if I start it too, but no one has seemed to mind. Accountability is for everyone.
An uneventful day. Woke up. Time of month made an appearance. Went for a little walk to help the cramps - hadn't planned on walking but ended up doing it.
Feeling a little better. Switched back to my Opti-source vitamins and they make a world of difference for me. Went to the Dr. Doesn't think my heart is the problem with my BP. Thinks it is due to my blood sugar dropping too low. Have one more appt. in the morning.
Had lunch with Donovan and hung out with him a bit. Even went with him to test drive another truck. Went grocery shopping this evening.
Going to Holli's educational class tomorrow afternoon and looking very forward to that. She is a lot of fun to hang out with. Very excited for her to be getting closer to surgery.
Today's Intake: (Need More Protein!)

L: 1/2 cheese enchilada, 1/4 bean burrito, chips and salsa, slice of tomatoe, 1/4 c. lettuce w/ shredded cheese
S: Twisted Protein bar! My very first one and they are GREAT!
