I don't mind at all!  I am dedicated to posting my accountability EVERY DAY.  It helps keep me focused.  Thanks for starting it.  I usually worry that I will step on someone's toes if I start it too, but no one has seemed to mind.  Accountability is for everyone.

An uneventful day.  Woke up.  Time of month made an appearance.  Went for a little walk to help the cramps - hadn't planned on walking but ended up doing it. 

Feeling a little better.  Switched back to my Opti-source vitamins and they make a world of difference for me.  Went to the Dr.  Doesn't think my heart is the problem with my BP.  Thinks it is due to my blood sugar dropping too low.  Have one more appt. in the morning.

Had lunch with Donovan and hung out with him a bit.  Even went with him to test drive another truck.  Went grocery shopping this evening.

Going to Holli's educational class tomorrow afternoon and looking very forward to that.  She is a lot of fun to hang out with.  Very excited for her to be getting closer to surgery.

Today's Intake:  (Need More Protein!)

B:  1 slice toast w/ p-nut butter
L:   1/2 cheese enchilada, 1/4 bean burrito, chips and salsa, slice of tomatoe, 1/4 c. lettuce w/ shredded cheese
S:   Twisted Protein bar!  My very first one and they are GREAT!
D:   1/4 c. pasta w/ marinara sauce, garden salad w/ kidney beans
D2:  1/4 c. pasta w/ marinara sauce, garden salad w/ kidney beans
S:    Tuna and a SF Rice Pudding

EXERCISE:   1 mile slow walk today.  Going to ease myself back into my walks.

  Gwen, hey, somebody's gotta get this going.  Thanks for doing the Monday thing.  Well, in case anyone is reading this, I celebrated my 60th birthday yesterday (10/6) and I must say I feel much better than I did one year and 45 or so pounds ago.  It was an in-sevice day which meant 2-3 hours meeting, lunch and working in room.  Today will be even more productive with no kids to teach but a few parents to conference with.  Enough small talk.
B. passed up all the donuts & high carb juice
  Kashi cereal bar, Chai tea latte
L. WALKED two blocks to Lynn's paradise cafe
  egg & smoked sausage fritatta, couple of bites of fruit & yes, a biscuit
D.  3-4 oz. steak, 1/4 baked potato & a few bites of salad
Snack- sf chocolate pudding
Still stuck between 213- 215 but that's still improvement over the year. I can still smile & say I'm still a work in progress.  Yahoo!  Happy Tuesday, all!

Happy Birthday !!! What a great gift to yourself to be down 45 lbs. Isn't Lyn's great? The last time I ate there , I carried home a doggy bag and ate out of it for 3 days.lol
