ruff time...need prayers....

i go tomorrow for my 2nd fill..I have very little if any restriction at this time---leaving tonight to travel to bardstown to visit w/daughter.--I have appt with dr tanner in the morning...... i am really trying not to eat a lot.......but that has always been my way of dealing w/stress. ---i have lost up to 39 lbs and then gained about 4 back...now stuck at a 35 lb loss... i started walking a little--but as of yet, it obviously is not doing the trick... my problem now i think is portion control and i am hungry----and lots of worry and stress that often drives me to the kitchen...-please keep me in your prayers. ...hubby went for biopsy last week on pros-----...results in today...not good....we go next tuesday to meet w/doctor to discuss possible treatments for cancer...i usually check in every evening to read messages..--but all of you keep me going...i thank you...

Cathy...the loss you have so far is great! i am going on the 23rd for my 5th fill and have very little restriction too. I know I am close though because some days my portions are way smaller than others....shoot I almost
tonight because I was not paying attention to my body and overdid it! I am an emotional eater. Good ...bad...I eat. You have been going through alot and unfortunately you are dealing now with even more (sorry about the news). we are here for ya...good or bad. You can do this...just have to get the ducks in a row and then they will all march together! I have tried to drink water now everytime I get hunger. The Dr said sometimes hunger is actually your body's way of saying it needs fluids. I drifted away from this the past two weeks...time to get back on track! Keep us updated and feel free to vent! We all need to at times!
