Hello everyone.  My evening is going much better.
My son is home and we are making amends.  I have held strong and not given in!  Things aren't perfect but much better.  Thanks for everyone's support today.


Today's Intake:

B:   1 egg, 1 slice toast, few tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese
L:    1 slice toast, 1 vegan patty, slice of tomatoe
D:    Fazoli's - 1/2 slice cheese pizza, side of shrimp, 1/2 of a breadstick
D2:  1/4 c. Kraut, 3 slices of fried potatoe, 6 P-nut butter crackers

Exercise:   None.  :(

Leslie, I am happy that things are better with you and your son.  I went to my first support group meeting tonight. They did not have a guest speaker but it was great to see two other women that had their surgery with me.  They looked good and they said they thought I looked good too. All of us have lost about the same amount of weight though we are all different sizes and shapes.  It felt like old home week though I have not seen them for almost a year.

Day late..dollar short. I fell asleep and even missed the last 10 minutes of the biggest loser....
This is the only show I actually watch religiously!

L: 10 piece nuggets and sweet tea (which I drank on the rest of the day and into the evening!
D: 4 bites of a bloomin onion and 1/2 chicken alfredo (tasted nasty!-Aubreys leftovers from her date Sunday)
