What a useless day at work. Got some work done early this morning. But from 10:30 on - nothing! Had a meeting / training this afternoon that was a total waste of time. I hate that crap.
Anyway. I feel like I have done pretty well with my intake today so here goes:
B: 6 crackers w/ P-nut butter, pack of gummy Strawberry Shortcake fruit snacks - my plan to take left over halloween candy to work backfired :)
S: Tuna pack and 3 bites of SF strawberry applesauce
L: 1 soy BBQ rib
S: 1/2 protein bar
S: 4 bites brocolli and 2 bites rice
D: 1 vegan patty w/ cheese and kraut on rye toast
S: Plan to have a Dannon Lite N Fit peach yogurt
Exercise: Just got home from the track. Got 2 miles in right as it got dark!
Got a price for the new sewage pump - $300 plus labor. Not sure how much labor will be - praying it won't be much!!! ??? It was ordered today and should be in tomorrow. That is a good thing.
My son is turning 17 on Saturday and he is inviting friends over! Gotta start getting my menu together as teenagers seem to have an endless appetite.
