Gracie's report card
Well, she apparently takes after her mother when it comes to school! No cussing or wrestling reported so Daddy won't be in the doghouse afterall!
Her report was pretty goo.! She's made great strides this first quarter but also has much to learn! The rating system the school uses is:
EP = Excellent Progress
SP = Steady Progress
LP - Limited progress
She had one area of EP (music), one area of LP (selecting and reading appropriate books - she likes the harder books) and everything else was in the SP category.
Her biggest area of needed improvement revolves around attention span and starting projects in a timely manner. I'm not so concerned about this yet and neither is her teacher but we are going to watch it and see if she makes progress with it this next quarter before we take a closer look at it. I also explained to the teacher that she CAN sit through an entire Disney movie or video game IF IT MATTERS TO HER so for that reason I don't think she has any real issues with attentin span other than the subject matter has to make a difference to HER or it's going to be a test of wills.
One thing I am going to do though is "lose" her DS for a while and "find" her V-Smile which is more educational!
We have lost a first tooth this year and had her first report card....what's the next milestone moms?

I am so glad you are getting to enjoy these milestones. It's been a long time for me but now I remember everything fondly. My kids say otherwise. LOL
