it started out chilly here but its a beautiful day it will be in the 70's by the afternoon so i will take a walk later and for now im doing laundry and surfing the internet lil ds is busy playing with his train set lol so i have a few minutes to myself that feels awesome

Okay Miss Smartie Pants!  Lol...I am running behind on everything today. I had a Dr appt here in town at 8 and did not remember it until 7:45.....Good thing I had taken my shower already! I love the new cut and color....Wash, shake and run.....Wooo Hoooo! Not alot going on other than work. I am going to the Tast of Salem tonight. Kathy and I go every year for a girls night out and not have to discuss work!   I am trying so hard to eat better....Nothing bu****er to drink today as well. All that tea is causing me problems and I need to just flush out my system. I have a 1 1/2 liter bottle that I am about to finish off that I started on this am. 50 ozs....Not one piece of candy either. I cut up a protein bar and tricking myself into thinking it is my candy bar! I even did away with the sugar free candy as well....  Hope all are nejoying what is suppose to be our last warm day!
