Good Evening KY board.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.
I slept in today and it felt wonderful.  Went to Bob Evan's for breakfast - which fed me all day!  lol  Ran to wal-mart then went to work at noon and got home around 8:30.  Put laundry away and cooked myself a little something to eat.  An ok day.

Today's Intake:

B:  1/3 of a Garden Vegetable Omelet and 1/3 piece of pumpkin bread
L:   Same as above
S:   1 saltine cracker and 1 60 cal. dark choc. hershey's stick
D:   Same as breakfast and lunch!
D2:  3 bite size crab cakes (13 g protein each!), and few bites of a 7g protein (Healthy Harvest) pasta  w/ marina sauce and mozzarella cheese
S:   Don't think I will need one tonight...........if I do it will be a kiwi

Exercise:   Too much work and no time for it  :(  Haven't been able to get on a good winter schedule.

 Leslie, things are going well for me.  DH ccoked fish today for our congregation.  There was desserts galore but I was a good girl.  Wish I was doing my laundry but maybe tomorrow.
