Well, it looks like 2009 is going to start off with positive changes!!! I am so excited to know steps are in place to begin the journey to a healthier & smaller me. To me, it is no coincidence that Jan 30 is my granddaughter's 5th birthday, because I want to be sure to do all I can to be around for as many of her birthdays as possible.
