Lisa, I have Humana.. and my aunt has the techers Humana.. as of last year they have to the 6 month supervised diet.. They have to attend a seminar for there doctor of choice To get started with that doctor.. Tell her good luck and to come see us!!

Thanks for asking Lee Ann. I am doing well and hope you are too. Trying to stay busy and trying to exercise at least 15 minutes every day. I would love to work these abs for 30 to 45 minutes but when I do then I lay off for a day. Hope you are doing well. Take care,
