I agree-- let her incompetancy be known. You deserve better help than that.
Your info about Tricare is very helpful to me-- THANK YOU! my folder should be going in mid Jan as my surgeons office is closed til the 13th. And all my reports should be in to them by this Friday. So, it is timely as well as helpful.
